La Fatua Islámica entre el hecho real y el odio a todo judío- cristiano
En su libro, Al-fatua bayna al-indibat wa at-tasayyub, el líder musulmán, presidente de la liga islámica en el mundo, el shej Yusof Al-Qardawy, afirma lo siguiente: “Gramaticalmente hablando, la palabra árabe fatua significa dar una respuesta satisfactoria en relación a un determinado tema”. En el lenguaje técnico de la Shari’a, el término fatua clarifica la legislación islámica al dar respuesta a una o varias cuestiones normalmente relacionadas con una cuestión islámica. No hay diferencia algún si el que pregunta se trata de una persona o de un grupo de personas.

Reality of cyber warfare
A very recent assessment by a highly reputed London-based think-tank that cyber warfare between nations is a reality and cannot be brushed aside as fanciful should make us sit up and take notice. The warning is contained in an annual report, The Military Balance, issued by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). This in-depth document analyses each year the competitive arms race that goes on between major nations and predicts its possible fall-out from the point of view of military capabilities and defence economics.
