Germany daily Handelsblatt reports the EU and China are nearing a settlement over a price war on solar panels.
Negotiators are prepared to set a minimum price on imported Chinese solar panels at 57 cents/per watt of power they produced, applied to the first seven gigawatts of imported solar panels.
